Team Leader – Castle Homecare

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

  • Motivate, support and mentor the carers when needed including supervision and spot checks.
  • Responsible for setting up new client packages, liaising with the team as to the clients needs and assisting with designing the client care plan.
  • Work very closely with the Care Managers and Supervisor to ensure you always provide effective feedback.
  • Arranging introductions to clients and carers whom have not met yet.
  • Providing emergency cover to clients to ensure we are completing full service to clients.
  • Provide leadership to the team acting as a positive role model at all times.
  • Ensure good team working ethics, policies and procedures.
  • Office admin, adhoc duties.

Qualifications:

  • Full clean drivers licence
  • FETAC Level 5/QQI Award or equivalent
  • Willing to undertake further trainings
  • Good availability & flexibility
  • Available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
