Professional, Qualified Carers Only
All of our carers must be experienced, be passionate about their work and have completed 2 FETAC Healthcare modules at a minimum.
Interviewing & Screening
All our carers undergo a rigorous interviewing process to establish their suitability for homecare work, references and qualifications are thoroughly checked and, of course, all applicants are fully Garda Vetted.
Professional Inductions by Registered Nurses
All our carers complete an intensive induction session with one of our registered nurses and care managers.
Our carers engage in ongoing training sessions with professionals covering a wide range of topics, such as meal preparation, dementia care, medical supervision and more.
To ensure highest standards all our carers undergo a rigorous interview and recruitment process.
Every Carer receives ongoing training and support so that they are fully equipped to deliver the levels of care our clients require.
We ensure each carer undergoes a Garda Vetting and they are required to supply four referees.
Only when we have verified these referees and they complete their training, will we bring our Carer into your home.
