Finding a Compatible Care Plan For Your Loved One

At Castle HomeCare, we believe that everyone deserves to live independent lives in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their own home for as long as possible. By working together and creating a specifically tailored plan to meet the all of the physical and emotional needs of your older relative, we are able to find the most compatible care plan to keep them safe and supported.

Full Consultation

After making contact with us, the first step to creating a comprehensive care plan is to conduct a full consultation with the family and the person in need of home care. By including family members and anyone else involved in the care of your loved one, we are able to fully customise a care plan taking absolutely every aspect into consideration. This can be done either at home on in the hospital.

Our next step, is to take all of the information, create the most suitable care plan and match you and your loved one to one of our highly experienced carers. The ideal choice will be the person that we feel has the necessary skills and personality to best care for your older relative.

No Obligation

It’s important to understand that during this phase, you are under no obligation to go ahead with anything. First and foremost, we want to make sure that we understand the level of care needed and that you are happy with everything that is being offered and throughout the entire process, we take great care to ensure that your loved one feels listened to and that they are given the respect that they deserve as a person in their own right.

If at this point, you and your loved are happy to proceed, we can get started and beginning supporting you and your family member.

Ongoing Support

Once introductions have been made and the provision of care begins, one of our care managers will be in regular contact to ensure that everything is working and a constant process of review is in place to ensure that it continues.

If you would like to know more about anything discussed here or would like a relaxed chat with one of our friendly team about how we can help you, call us anytime on 01 296 5304 or visit our website www.castlehomecare.ie for more information.
