As we get older Halloween can sometimes be stressful evening for lots of different reasons depending on where you live.
What to expect from Castle Homecare
Castle Homecare is a small, locally run private homecare service based in South County Dublin. We provide highly personable, locally based homecare services. We are flexible in our approach and dedicated to our senior clients’ needs, first and foremost. We have a very strong reputation and fantastic references to testify to our well-served clients.
The following are some key aspects of our organisation that we believe really set us apart:
As an organisation we are dedicated to giving our senior clients a fully personalised service. We understand what a huge amount of trust you are placing in Castle Homecare when you choose us to care for you or your elder loved one at home. It is this trust that inspires our deep commitment to provide exceptional, compassionate care and the most satisfying experience possible.
We believe homecare should be provided as a personable local service, and when we start work with a new client, we will get to know you and your family members personally. Your carefully selected carer and the team will also meet you over a chat and a cup of tea so that everyone can get to know each other and establish a good understanding of how you like things to be done. You will show your carer the house and get them familiar with where everything is, and talk through any medications required, any mental health issues, physical issues and so on, all before we start working with you.
We always keep in contact with a senior client’s relatives, and we will always provide updates in a very timely manner to flag any concerns that may have arisen that we feel the relatives should be made aware of or would like to know about.
We have a full-time Quality Assurance Manager (Aileen). Aileen worked for the HSE in Care Service for 35 years. Aileen visits each elder client and their family members on a monthly basis to review and assess their care and ensure everything is running smoothly, deal with any issues and guarantee that the client is happy and satisfied with all arrangements in place.
Last and most importantly, phone support and a point of contact is available to all clients, carers and family members 24/7/365
